Raindrops keep fallin'...

This is my neighbourhood, at 8 pm. Today it has been raining CATS AND DOGS all day. This is crazy, yesterday it was summer here and now it's cold and grey, OH!
At the bottom you can see one of KIO' towers (the bend building) placed in Plaza Castilla (here is a previuos post). The yellow neon in the building at right is a driving-school (where I got my license some years ago!). And all that green at the bottom is "North Park". Hope you like it :)

I long for some rain - it's sunny here all the time...
I am still laughing at the comment you left me (I looked up the Spanish translation - bad girl!)
Did you know that the name alligator is an anglicized form of the Spanish el lagarto ("the lizard"). We just could not pronounce it right ;-)

LOL Isabella. You know what, I think many languages developed differently just because some peolple coudn't pronuciate it right! I mean, there are so many similar words in many different languages. It is just a matter of pronuncia/pronouncement/prononciation!

About your photo Dsole, there are so many interesting things to see in it. How nice it is to get to know a little bit of your neighborhood.

Now I understand why it was so windy and cool today here in Lisbon: it was coming from Spain! I don't necessarily believe it's true, but there used to be a saying here in Portugal: «De Espanha, nem bom vento, nem bom casamento!» Sorry. Neighbours...

When the weather turns really bright hot, I long for one or two cold and gray days. The change always does me good.

A pesar de la lluvia, la foto deja sentir un ambiente fresco y agradable. En MC el tiempo tambien ha estado cambiando bruscamente, por lo que veo es una cuestion global. Saludos.

Raining cats and dogs? Let's see now. We have one ugly cat, no dogs and not an iota of rain recently. Which is perfectly fine with me since I'm enjoying some time off... :)

Out of curiosity, how do you define a cold day? We had 22C this afternoon and by my account that is a warm day - especially in April. I imagine the Madrid perspective is slightly different.

Ho, dsole. The same in Greece. Yesterday was summer and today is grey, cold and rains all day. This year the weather is ubsolutely mad.
Your photo anyway is really wonderful. Every day I love Madrid more.
