Recycling is essential / Reciclar es fundamental

...and the answer to yesterday's image is this: a glass recycling bin. Not all recycling bins in Madrid are this...er...impressive, just some of them, but these ones are pretty controversial: some people love them, other say they're hideous. Nevertheless, the important thing is that last year almost 28,000 tons of glass were collected here in Madrid. Recycling is part of the strategy to put a stop to the increasing residues generated in developed societies, the strategy of the three R's: reduce, reuse and recycle. Find out more about recycling here.

PD: What a coincidence! Kris has posted recycling bins today, too. You can see the hungarian bins here.

Wazzup guys? You and Kris both posted them same thing. I was going to do the same tomorrow. ;)

This one is so nice. I agree with Kris. Nicer to look at than 3 plastic bins all lined up.

Incredible bins Carmen, you are right the important thing is recycling not the container though a little attraction does not harm. I like these ones.
